“Jessie was there when I checked in and she so nice and friendly; she agreed to upgrade my room from a double to a suite which was great for us; she gave us coupons for dinner at Famous Dave's in the area. She just went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The lobby was very clean and decorated nicely for Christmas. 'Christmas Vacation' was playing on the TV; I felt very at home.
