Diana at the front desk was amazing - she did it all by herself! The front desk was extremely busy with a large family and she still took the time to recognize me and let me know I was noticed even though she was extremely busy with other guests. She brought an extra blanket and toothpaste to the room in a timely manner. When I told her I could go down and pick it up she assured me she could handle it so I didn’t have to bring my 2 year old daughter with me downstairs. She is a great asset to your staff.
Let me begin by stating that I only stay at Marriott properties and that they are clearly the best accommodation entity in America. I appreciate the consistency and desire to meet guests’ needs. For that, my stay at the Nashville Smyrna resort was everything that I love about Marriott.
I stayed here in February and had an excellent room and service. I will be back on my next trip to Smyrna!
